Strong suit

During my education, I've focussed mainly on process improvement, which I executed several times within internships and other projects. This has led me to specialize in this area and focus more on project counseling being responsible for properly executing a process and improve upon it where possible.I also offer my expertise on this area as a service to smaller company's and startups. I've come to know how to change a (company) mindset and how to assist people transitioning to another method or system. In my experience solving a problem often has more to do with the perspective you use rather then what tools you use.

Education

I started Architectural Engineering, because of my interest in architecture. However, after a year I quit because everything was set and could not be changed. I wanted to make a change and come up with my own ideas. I like to work with people, and I missed that in Architectural Engineering. Through Human Technology I learned how to improve upon a process and use a extended skillset to solve my own problems instead of depending on guidelines and instructions.
